Backgammon: Foundation

Prerequisites:  Complete the one-day course Backgammon: Learn on Sep 25, or watch this video: Backgammon Video.

 Course Structure: Each weekly lesson consists of:

1. Assessment – Sent about a week before the class, featuring challenges based on real matches from DailyGammon.

2. Zoom Class – Interactive sessions with expert instruction and practice covering topics suitable for beginners and progressing to advanced techniques for experienced players. Regardless of your level, there is something for everyone to learn.

3. Post-Lesson Quiz – An opportunity to test and reinforce your learning.

Format of Zoom Classes

• Introduction: Review the rules and foundational basics of the week’s topic.

• Mini Lessons: Explore various aspects of the topic through short, focused lessons.

• Interactive Practice: Solve assessment puzzles, discuss answers, and refine strategies.

• Advanced Techniques: Learn what experts need to master.

• Breaks: Two short breaks are included for convenience.

For Beginners: You'll easily grasp the first hour of the class, providing a strong foundation.
For Advanced Players: Dive deeper into intermediate and expert-level strategies to enhance your skills.

Note: All classes are recorded and available for on-demand viewing.
