This outdoor class blends meditative practices with physical strengthening exercises designed to enhance mobility, improve energy flow (Chi), and support graceful aging. 

15 mins standing meditation exercises.
15 mins downward meditation exercises. 
30 mins sitting in-motion chi-kung meditation. 
 
All exercises include mindfulness and meditation. All mindfulness is a form of meditation and all meditation includes mindfulness. Meditation is connecting deeper with oneself as part of the infinite universe.

Please read:  *All participants must have completed a 2025 waiver prior to class. Bring a beach towel or mat and a sitting pillow (provided if needed). Location: Leeward Community College, in the grass area next to the Leeward Theater.
