15 mins standing meditation exercises.
15 mins downward meditation exercises.
30 mins sitting in-motion chi-kung meditation.
All exercises include mindfulness and meditation. All mindfulness is a form of meditation and all meditation includes mindfulness. Meditation is connecting deeper with oneself as part of the infinite universe.
Location: Windward Community College. The class is conducted on the lawn in front of Hale M?naleo. There is parallel parking on the road above (behind) Hale Na‘auao. When you enter the campus, it is best to go to the right and follow the road to the back of the campus so that you are going the correct direction for parking. Parking is only on one side of the road. It's a 1-minute walk from the parking stalls to the class.
