This low-impact, music-driven class builds strength in the arms, legs, and core using interval training. Each exercise follows a simple pattern: 20 seconds of movement followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. Optional progressions and modifications are offered, and we then move on to the next exercise.
