Balance your energy by stimulating different body areas with acupressure and gentle massage. We go from your head to your feet to see how to improve circulation, mental clarity, daily habits, diet, and lifestyle. Get ready to be healthier, happier and more harmonious!

Jan 25: Basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncture, the organ clock, and Four Gates (4 acupuncture points) to balance the upper and lower body.

Feb 1: Meridians of the Head, Face, and Ear Reflexology; Scalp Master Reflex Points

Feb 8: Tongue Observation, Biological Dental Chart relating organs to each tooth, Diet - Keep it simple

Feb 15: Abdominal and Back Meridians, Stimulation,

Cleansings and Detox

Feb 22: Leg Meridians, Toe & Foot Observation, Care & Stimulation, Basic Foot Reflexology

Feb 29: Review and questions and answer session 

Dr. Melissa Yee has a background in Chinese and bio-energetic medicine, acupuncture, acupressure, and massage. She has previously taught courses at Kapiolani Women's Center, Kaiser Permanente, and Kaimuki evening school.
