Course Overview:
This outdoor class blends meditative practices with physical strengthening exercises designed to enhance mobility, improve energy flow (Chi), and support graceful aging. Begin your day immersed in nature, engaging in rejuvenating activities that nurture both body and mind. Each session includes:
15–20 minutes of tai chi-inspired meditative exercises
15–20 minutes of yoga stretches and strengthening postures
40–50 minutes of Chi Kung practices, including seated and lying movements
Participants will also explore advanced lotus sitting postures tailored to individual needs, using Chi (Mana) as a pathway to healing, self-discovery, and spiritual alignment. Mac incorporates the wisdom of esoteric traditions, emphasizing mindful breathing and intentional awareness. As he explains, "We follow the breath to become the breath." This holistic approach integrates willpower, focus, awareness, and sensation to cultivate a sense of completeness.
